The Lisa Regina Martin Family Corporation is a non-profit created by Lisa’s sisters to honor her legacy of helping people within the community. The Corporation is led by a passionate group dedicated to doing right by the community.

Lutrice Martin

Cheif Executive Officer

Lutrice Chetell Martin is the CEO of Lisa Regina Martin Family Corporation. She was born on May 26, 1982, to Nels Martin Jr. And Annie Mae Martin in San Francisco, California. To her family means everything as she is part of a large household that includes her sisters Sharita Williams, Seleta Watts, and Nelsa Smith, with brothers Darryl Neal, Fredrick Martin, Clint Watts, and Derrick Williams. The corporation is named after Lurtice’s sister Lisa Regina Martin who passed away and was a beacon of strength and charity for the local community. Lisa is joined in the Lord’s grace in heaven by Lutrice’s siblings, Rubby Martin, James Martin Carr, and Harry Neal. The CEO is an honor roll graduate from Abraham Lincoln High School in San Francisco. Her spirit of service comes from the life lessons imparted by her parents and her dearly departed sister, Lisa Regina Martin, after whom the corporation is named. The Department of Treasury Revenue Service awarded the Family Corporation their 501(3C) on April 16, 2021. Lurtice believes this is the start of a legacy of helping other people in the community like her sister wanted to and also continuing the legacy of their father, Nels Martin Jr.of having a family enterprise.

Seleta Watts

President

I am the CEO, Vice President, and Lisa Regina Martin’s sister. It is an honor to come together with my family and board members to spread the love and compassion my sister had for helping her family and others in the community. My family and I love giving back to the community. My goal is to keep my sister’s spirit alive and to touch every heart I can in our communities.

Nelsa Smith

Vice President

Nelsa Smith, like her sister Lutrice, joined the organization as a way to honor the memory of Lisa Regina Martin and because of the firm belief that the best way to improve people’s lives is to support the community. The aspect that has always spoken to Nelsa’s sensibilities is the inherent flexibility and creativity within the organization’s approach to raising the resources needed to help the community. To her, it is one of the best ways to honor her sister’s legacy and continue to help individuals and families within the local community.

Geraldine Buchanan

Executive Director

Geraldine Buchanan serves as the Executive Director for Lisa Regina Martin Corporation and understands the focus and the drive behind the approach to community issues. She focuses on the exploration of avenues needed to raise funding for the non-profit and the creation of action plans for activities that are changing lives within the community.

Tom botth

Tommy Botth is one of the officers working at the non-profit, and to him, this represents a new chapter in his life where he wants to focus on helping people better their lives. Tommy knows what are the issues that often pull people down in communities, and to him, the goals of Lisa Regina Martin Family Corporation are inspirational, and this alignment is why he is proud of his association. At the foundation, he has found a group of like-minded individuals committed to combining their experiences to create more effective ways of helping the community.

Jarika Cox

TREASURER

Jarika Cox serves as the Treasurer for Lisa Regina Martin Family Corporation and sees being part of this non-profit as a blessing. She finds the challenge of managing the organization’s resources to create the maximum amount of positive impact on the community. Some of the programs that are regularly arranged through Jarika’s management as per the CEO’s directives are youth visits to amusement parks, homeless upliftment initiatives, and many more short-term and long-term programs working towards the betterment of the community and its people.

DaNesha Fuller

DaNesha Fuller joined the Lisa Regina Marting Family Corporation because of her interest in working with a non-profit that had programs in place to empower the youth and, through them, the community in the long term. She hopes that her time with the organization will help further develop her leadership skills and how to better work as a team to improve the quality of life for others.

Jocelyn Mallare

Jocelyn Mallare is one of the newer members of the Lisa Regina Martin Family Corporation and is excited about her position and voice in the venture. She looks forward to bringing her experience and skills to the decision-making and general strategies of the non-profit towards the fulfillment of its short-term and long-term goals. It is Jojoe’s sincere belief that the organization will achieve great things in the years to come.

Farjana Alim

Farjana Alim, like her colleagues at the Lisa Regina Martin Family Corporation, is a compassionate person with a deep-rooted desire to help the less fortunate. She joined the non-profit because she believes it is not merely a name or an organization but an ideal proving itself to be a beacon for the community. Farjana joined the non-profit to do her part in helping people better their lives, and the legacy that the organization represents was an added bonus on top of the alignment of goals.

Josephine Eduam

I am truly blessed and honor to be a part of the Lisa Regina Martin Family corporation nonprofit organization. This opportunity to use my skills and experience in life to help other less fortunate individuals and families in opportunity in our communities is just wonderful. I am so proud to be board member and part of team and organization that truly cares about our communities.
